Russell Smith, President Smith was a co-founder of RedKlay Solutions which provided enterprise applications and consulting services to the manufacturing sector. RedKlay was acquired by Fullscope in 2002, and Smith served as the CEO of Fullscope from 2003 to 2009. He was integral in architecting and executing the business strategy that led Fullscope to being nationally recognized as a leading Microsoft Dynamics partner. In December, 2009, Fullscope was acquired by Edgewater where Smith continues to lead the strategic direction, operations, and growth of the Fullscope practice.
Smith’s prior experience includes Director of Business Development and Operations at The Pinnacle Group, which was acquired by CSC in 1997. Smith was named a Partner at CSC and successfully managed the integration of The Pinnacle Group into CSC. Smith began his career at IBM working in various engineering management and manufacturing operations roles from 1989 to 1996.
Smith’s experience includes raising venture capital and deploying capital to drive growth and profitability while increasing shareholder value. He also has experience leading business combinations and successfully managing the resulting integrations. Smith is passionate about People, Processes, and Products … and Partnering with Customers to drive transformational change.
Smith holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering from Auburn University and a Masters of Business Administration from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
John Scandar, Senior Vice President John has more than 15 years of experience in the manufacturing enterprise software market, with an emphasis on leveraging IT investments to improve business success. He has extensive international experience, including sales team management and the establishment of new offices in Europe, Latin America, and Canada. His experience also includes product management and positioning for enterprise software. He has been instrumental in the success of many mergers and acquisitions, as well as raising private equity and venture capital financing.
Scandar joined Fullscope in February 2002, when Fullscope acquired RedKlay, where he was president and chief operating officer. Before joining RedKlay, Scandar was the founder and president of Cambiotech, an enterprise software reseller and systems integrator focused on mid-market manufacturing customers. Over a two-year period, Scandar grew Cambiotech to become the largest reseller of Baan products in North America. Prior to founding Cambiotech in 1996, Scandar was the vice president of sales for process manufacturing at Baan. Earlier in his career, Scandar served as vice president of sales at Probe Software, a developer of software for process manufacturing management. Additionally, he is the co-founder and partner in the Process Technology Group, a private investment firm focused on early stage technology companies. Scandar holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia University in Montreal, Canada.
Steve Reed, Vice President, Sales & Marketing Steve is responsible for all direct sales and marketing efforts in North America. He has a broad range of experience helping application software companies successfully develop and bring manufacturing and enterprise solutions to market. Reed has held sales and marketing management roles with Fullscope since 2001, and previously spent five years with Baan (now part of Infor) in channel operations positions. Prior to Fullscope and Baan, he spent time with software-related companies in the financial and property management industries. In 2008, he was recognized by Microsoft as "Sales Manager of the Year" for Microsoft Dynamics resellers. Reed holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Baylor University.
Ivan MacDonald, Vice President, Consulting Ivan is responsible for delivering a successful implementation and services experience for Fullscope customers. He brings over 20 years of IT leadership, consulting and application development expertise to the Fullscope team. Prior to Fullscope, MacDonald was a global industry director for Tectura. He has held roles as director and senior business technology leader, strategist and business unit lead, and has experience with industry technology concepts and strategic business initiatives including Microsoft Dynamics; enterprise, mid-market and global ERP implementation strategies; and Microsoft-centric technology. He has a deep understanding of implementation and architecture best practices and has centered much of his career on Microsoft technologies. MacDonald holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Northwestern State University.
The Fullscope CRM practice, formally Zero2Ten, was founded and is led by a group of professionals that have been at the forefront of the CRM movement since the early 90s.
Paul Colella, Senior Vice President Paul leads Fullscope’s global CRM business. Under Paul’s lead, Fullscope CRM has become a member of Microsoft’s Inner Circle and a multi-award winning organization. Paul was previously co-founder of Zero2Ten, where he drove CRM product innovation and user adoption across the business utilizing his two decades of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics. Paul previously founded Equarius delivering CRM solutions for Onyx Software, Siebel and Microsoft.
Ryan Casey, Managing Director Ryan holds overall responsibility for the Fullscope CRM consulting team. He was co-founder of Zero2Ten. A seasoned CRM & ERM solutions consultant who, following years at Customer Effective (now Hitachi Solutions) and ERM Information Systems, is now responsible for the success of Fullscope CRM’s unique deployment methodologies. Ryan’s cool and calm approach is unrivaled in his ability to problem solve strategic issues for organizations and deliver amazing CRM outcomes for them.
David Kohar, Managing Director David leads the Fullscope CRM Solution Architecture Team helping clients create their vision and shape the Business Outcomes that they will achieve through our solutions and technology. David has an extensive track record within the CRM marketplace and has been involved in the CRM industry since it began. His knowledge has established him as a leading expert in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. David leads Sales Support, Corporate Adoption Programs and Solutions for prospective and current customers.
Adam Spurr, Vice President of Sales Adam holds the overall responsibility for the Fullscope CRM sales organization. Adam is a unique sales professional, regularly described as driven, energetic and determined. Adam has built a reputation within the Microsoft Dynamics CRM global team as a sales leader who truly understands the needs of customers and how to help them use CRM to gain competitive advantages in their industries. Adam’s previous successes include Outsoucery, DSGi PLC, Daisy Plc, Energis Plc and PTC.
